We participate in the Construction Skills Certification Scheme (CSCS) and have been awarded a Gold Standard Certificate of Commitment (2008) which acknowledges that we are committed to the furtherance of competence and health and safety in the workplace. More than 75% of our workforce is on the programme and they all receive a membership card to show their commitment to standards of excellence.
While we have positions for about 80 people at any one time, we are always looking for hard-working, skilled and experienced trades people and operatives:

We also have a number of vacancies for apprentices. These apprenticeships are run in conjunction with the CITB (Construction Industry Training Board). They last between three and four years and throughout this period on-site training is provided.
