William Alexander Moulding ACIOB
Managing Director

Bill joined the company in 1966 and after working on site, he moved into the office where he had an administrative role. In the early 1980s Bill became Managing Director with a focus on contracting and development of systems and procedures.

Richard Tim Moulding
Contracts Director

Tim joined the company on a part-time basis in 1988 while studying for a degree in Quantity Surveying through the RICS. He joined full-time in 1992, becoming a director in 1993. He is the fourth generation of the South Newton based family (eldest son of Richard who retired in 2002) to be working for Mouldings. He is now contract manager of the large private client projects together with general company development.

Robert Begg
Administrative Director

Robert started working for Mouldings in 1976. His principal duties include employment, company finance, IT development and the Company Accounts. He became a director of the company in December 2006.

David Russell ACIOB
Builders Quantity Surveyor/Manager

Dave has worked for the company since 2000 and has thirty years’ experience in the building trade working previously for Dunnings, Kings and Mansells.

Sara Webb BSc (Hons) Dip QS
Builders Quantity Surveyor/Manager

Sara joined the company in 2003 and comes from a family closely connected to the building trade. She brings a wealth of experience and expertise with her.

Paul Rawlings
Term Contract Manager/Small Works

Paul joined the company in 2003 and currently manages a Term Contract with Wiltshire County Council.

James Emden BSc (Hons)
Assistant Builders Quantity Surveyor/Manager

James jointed Mouldings in 2006, but despite this being his first job, he is already running his own contracts and assisting with Health and Safety controls.

John H Mitchell
Small Works Manager

John has many years’ experience in the building trade. He ran his own electrical company for 20 years before selling it in 2000 to carry out his own building works. He joined the company in 2007.

David Hunter
Estimator

An estimator with thirty years’ experience, David began working for Mouldings on a part-time basis in the late 1990s. He joined the company as a full-time employee in January 2008 and is now in charge of estimating.

The day-to-day running of the office is carried out by an excellent team of administrative staff who ensure the smooth running of the company. Apart from general secretarial duties, they assist with IT development, oversee wages and welcome visitors at reception:
